Our 3” Paring knife is a wonder to use. It's short, wide blade give it the control and versatility needed in the kitchen. Great for the smaller jobs found while cooking, it works well slicing vegetables to de-boneing a chicken. The handle on this one is stabilize walnut wood and is affixed with stainless pins.
Our hand forged cooking knives are made from high carbon spring steel. The blades will take on a beautiful patina as they age.
