Dragon Head Fibula

This dragon-headed fibula brooch is hand forged from surgical-grade stainless steel for non-reactivity, longevity, and classic beauty.  It measures approximately 3” tall and 1” wide, with a 3/32” diameter pin, and is available in both right- and left-facing (S and Z) bend directions.  These are heavy duty enough to hold a wool cloak, but light enough to wear on a medium-weight shawl. They also look great worn as a lapel pin.  This unique style of dragon head, which features on many Rabenwald products, is based off of the Jelling style of Norse dragon, which has been found in period metalwork, wood carvings, and rune stones.
