This folding spit is designed to use either our 1/2" or 3/8" bar stock spits. By using sized hooks, the spits can index by quarters for easier cooking. Additional spits and cages can be purchased separately.
The A frame uprights are painted with high temperature paint for easy maintenance. The spits and cages are seasoned with vegetable shortening.
This set includes 2 A-frame uprights and a single spit and set of cages. The whole unit measures 42" tall and the feet are 15" wide. Spits have 30" of cooking surface and are 48" long.
