Hampton Court Spit

Our Hampton court spit is inspired by the large spits used in the great kitchens in the palace in England. Ours measure 48” long and feature rounded sections for easy turning. There is a cooking surface of 30” between rounded sections. Included with the spit body, is a pair of our rotisserie cages. The entire set is pre-seasoned with vegetable shortening for a durable food safe surface. These are available in either a light weight 3/8” cross section or a heavier 1/2” cross section.
